Located in El Dorado Hills, California (CA) and serving the Folsom and greater Sacramento areas, Livity Treatment Center specializes in mental health care, including the treatment of eating disorders. We are experts in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Radically Open DBT. Erin Patterson (owner) is a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS) and she and the other therapists and dieticians have extensive experience in treating conditions like anorexia, bulimia, ARFID, and binge eating. Anxiety, depression, addiction, self-harm, and borderline personality disorder (BPD) are also areas of focus for us.

We offer individual therapy sessions, couples therapy sessions, family therapy sessions, and group therapy sessions using Dialectical Behavior Therapy as the treatment modality.  The group therapy sessions are separated by age group (teens, young adults, and adults), to provide a tailored therapeutic experience.

Additionally, we provide nutrition couseling from Registered Dieticians.
