SERVPRO of El Dorado Hills/Placerville

Sadly we needed the help of ServPro to clean my mother-in law's home after she passed in it. This was the first time, and hopefully the last, we'll need such services, however the experience we had couldn't have been any better. We were referred to ServPro by the Sheriff's Department for biohazardous cleaning services. My family and I live out of the area, with limited access to local resources. Kelly was my first and only point of contact from start to finish. She was an aboslute lifesaver helping navigate, coordinate and expedite the whole process in addition to recommending I contact my mother-in-law's insurance company to file a claim--which was paid in full! Kelly is amazing and made a challenging situation and circumstance manageable and effortless.

Ray and Lawrence were two of the group members that helped out on my water restoration project. They were on time, very communicative and professional. They were very knowledgeable about all my questions. Definitely felt very happy with the work provided. The cuts they had to make were as minimal as possibly and very clean. They were careful with all of the items they had to move and ensured that they cleaned up after themselves. two thumbs up.

Although, I did not get to use their services as my husband had already contacted another company, I will still recommend this business for their quick response and always ready with their standby team to help you suddenly when a main water line burst and your home is flooded. I called them and they were ready to send a team to my house within 90 minutes, on a Sunday afternoon.

Ray and Omar worked on our project and did an excellent job. Ray explained the process clearly and answered all my questions about the forms I signed. Omar used his former experience as a painter to make sure the containment areas didn't strip paint off the walls and trim when the tape was removed. Our bathroom sink was left on and flooded the bathroom and hallway. I spoke to one company who informed me that they could get to me in about 2 weeks.I then called Servpro and was helped immediately. Thank you to Stanley Parker and David who contacted us. Today, Ray and Blake came for demolition. They were efficient, thorough and clean. I would recommend them.

We called Servpro regarding water damage in kitchen, and potential water damage under house which happened during the Caldor Fire. A live person answered the phone right away who knew what she was doing! I wish I had written her name down! She had us booked with a senior adjuster on 11/24-- with no travel fee! Ernie Manzo arrived on time even though we live a good 40 minutes from his office. He was professional, looked and assessed the areas of concern. He explained why, where and how damage likely happened. Then advised us on our next steps. Very impressed! Will definitely use Servpro again!

My neighbor's carpet flooded because a pipe on her furnace became clogged. I called Servpro for her and they were able to send a technician named Drew Haynes the same day. He was extremely thorough and expedient. I would not hesitate to recommend Servpro to anyone.

I had leak behind the water heater that I didn't know about or how long it was leaking. The crew consisting of Chris, LG & Justin removed all the water damaged flooring and wall areas that were affected including the crawl space under the house. Chris and Dave were quite knowledgeable and answered any and all of my question. I really appreciated that especially since I didn't what to expect or how things were going to turn out. Overall a great experience in this stressful time really. I'm happy with the timely, efficient, polite and professional services rendered. Great work and thank you for job well done !

Omar and Kenny came to our emergency water leak in our ceiling on a Sunday morning within an hour of our call. They were polite and professional, clean and quick in assessing the problem and mitigating it. They also helped us coordinate with our contractor to fix the problem. I haven't seen the bill yet, but great so far.

I had an HVAC leak that destroyed a good portion of my ceiling. Serv Pro was very responsive (even though it happened in the middle of the night). Not sure what their prices are like since insurance is covering that part, but i liked the service and responsiveness. Plus their guys were very friendly and informative; i had a particulaley good experience with Dave, Mike, Ben, and a second guy named Mike. Thanks guys!
