BEWARE!!! Gregg the owner and his wife piped through God they would clean my pool with brushing services for $100 per month and would come out to give me a quote in person. It took 3 reschedules with them and they sent out Mike from their company to handle the quote. Greg never showed up. They quoted me 150.00 per month for chemicals and brushing, but God says the service should only cost 100.00 per month. God told Greg he can lose his business if he continues to charge too high of pricing for pool cleaning services. God says the service should be 100.00 per month in Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Granite Bay and all of Sacramento and El Dorado County. BEWARE!!! OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE RIPPING POOL OWNERS OFF IN FOLSOM and EL DORADO HILLS areas. -The Messiah

I have been working with Gregg's Pool Works for going on 10 years. They serviced my previous pool, and installed my new pool. Everyone is extremely professional and responsive. I highly recommend.

Horrible service operation. Advertised as chemicals included, and then charged for chemicals. Dirty pool after cleaning and then blames customer! Stay away from service division!!

Renovation division is fantastic - highly professional and outstanding work. Highly recommend new pool or renovation through Gregg's, just stay away from service.

They have been very reliable and understanding of any issues that have come up. They have experienced people working with them and this has been really helpful. Josh, Mike and Matt are Great and Dirk is amazing.
Carson is our regular pool guy and he has been super.

My pool needed some service on the Jandy Aquaflow remote so I stopped by the pool store in El Dorado Hills and left my information to have the service dept get a hold of me. I called 3 times and left a message with no return phone call.

Gregg's pool service has been managing and maintaining the chemicals for my pool for about 3 years. I complained on three different occasions when the white scale continued to increase covering most of my tiled surfaces. The only explanation I received was "scale happens in all pools"!
After speaking to other pool professionals and two pool chemical distributors I received a consensus explanation. All of these experts stated "that if your pool water is chemically balanced your pool surfaces should NOT develop scale"! Greggs pool service took absolutely no accountability for causing the scale in my pool! NONE whatsoever! The day I called to cancel my service the lady on the phone stated "I'll have Mike, the service manager, call you tomorrow. Guess what no call!
Don't let Gregg's pool service ruin your pool!

For 20 years, we were customers of the company that built our pool. We had nothing but problems -- with hostile staff, poor customer service, cloudy water, pool algae, filter problems, a revolving door of unhappy, unreliable, and incompetent staff, and inaccurate billing. Finally, things got so bad that we had no choice but to leave them.

Several months ago, we switched to Gregg's Pool Works. Wow! What an immediate and remarkable difference! Our pool water is now crystal clear, we have no algae on the walls, our filter works, our pool tech is sincere, friendly and reliable, and the front office offers an immediate, friendly, professional, caring response to every call and great customer service. It could not be better! We are enjoying our pristine pool every day, and it has greatly improved our quality of life. We should have done this years ago!

It is such a joy to be the customer of a company that cares and does such a great job. Thank you to Gregg's Pool Works for doing such a fantastic job!

This company has been providing us with great service on our pool maintenance and pool solar heating system. They are very knowledgeable on pool operations and troubleshooting and service guys remember previous jobs completed for us which creates a personal relationship. We are currently scheduled for another upcoming appt to change out broken pool light and replace old solar switches on the heating system.

I usually don't write reviews, especially bad ones. In this case I'm very disappointed in the service I've received.
I gave this company 5years of my business even with their inconsistency.
Alicia at the business office has terrible communication skills and makes promises she can't keep. I would think a 5 year customer would make them see my commitment, but unfortunately it didn't. All I wanted was commitment from them.

Too bad because the estimator came out and spent about 2 hours measuring and going over plans. Said would contact me in two weeks. No call after 3 weeks. Called the office and they said they would reach out to me after they figured it out and never heard back. How could you trust a company to build a pool on time and on schedule when they don't even give you the courtesy to call you back? Went with another pool company instead
