New Morning is an experienced non-profit organization [501(c)3] that has provided a safety net of services to troubled youth and their families on the Western Slope of El Dorado County since 1970. Over 30 staff members provide a full range of services addressing family dysfunction. These services include the 24-hour Children’s Shelter, alcohol and drug treatment for adolescents, counseling and support for pregnant and parenting teens, and counseling for high-risk youth.
