El Dorado Hills Arts Association is a California Nonprofit with the exclusive purpose to provide education, promotion, exhibitions, networking settings, volunteer opportunities and public events for local artists.  Annual events include the Spring Studio Tour, the Fine Art Festival, and membership shows at local art galleries.  Annual Scholarships are awarded to rising artists at local Colleges.
